Thermo-iosis^TM System

 

The Thermo-iosis^TM System is an alternative to conventional solid waste treatment. This revolutionary technology can process domestic and industrial waste including tires, plastics, oil contaminated soil, and organic matter.

Summary of the Process

We deposit grinded waste into an input chamber at room temperature. The machine mixes and dehydrates the waste. Thermal dissociation takes place in two separate reactors at different temperatures. The vapors are homogenized and the product is fractionated. The gaseous product is purified and stored in a tank or reused to heat the reactors.

Heavy Liquid Hydrocarbon Fraction

This product has a high number of carbon molecules that increase its calorific power.  It can be refined to produce lanolin and paraffin-like products with diverse applications. One ton of waste yields approximately 120 liters.

Light Liquid Hydrocarbon

Contains great calorific power with low sulfur content and can be processed to make bio-disel or used as it is in energy generation plants. One ton of waste can generate from 350 to 420 liters of this product.

Solid Hydrocarbons

This is inert matter formed mostly of carbon with an igniting point above 350° C. Besides being a good source of fuel, this product can be used in the manufacture of tires, shoe soles, and asphalt among other things. One ton of waste can generate approximately 350 Kg of this product.

Gaseous Fraction

Each ton of waste generates approximately 20,000 liters of gas.

Advantages of the Thermo-iosis^TM System 

This system benefits the environment and is also economically profitable. Besides not generating undesirable residue, the process is quiet, and because it is operated hermetically, it is odorless.

Moreover, it does not release pollutants such as polychloro-dibenzodioxins (PCDD) and polychloro-dibenzofurans (PCDF) into the atmosphere. This system has the capacity to operate 24/7 with low weekly maintenance. Tax benefits may also be available.
